July bookhaul

July was a good month for buying books. At least, I’ve bought quite a few new (and pre-loved) ones, so it must’ve been.

2. Getting Out by Ann Goething*
3. In Defense of English Cooking by George Orwell*
4. Criminological Theories by Suzette Cote*
5. The Blood of Olympus by Rick Riordan*
6. The House of Hades by Rick Riordan*

7. Angelfall by Susan EeJuly book haul | 2015
8. The Martian by Andy Weir
9. Princess Diaries: Give me Five by Meg Cabot*
10. The Aweful German Language by Mark Twain*
11. Death comes to Pemberley by P. D. James*

14. Confessions of a Queen B* by Crista McHugh (Gr)
15. Gulabi by Pankaj Suneja (e)(author)

As you can see, most of the books I bought were second hand. Yay for cheap pretty books! I also borrowed a couple of German books from my friend Alina:

  2. MondSilberZauber by Marah Woolf (A)
  3. MondSilberTraum by Marah Woolf (A)
  4. Nox – Das Erbe der Nacht by Michael Borlik (A)
  5. Das verbotene Eden by Thomas Thiemeyer (A)
  6. Asche und Phönix by Kai Meyer (A)

What books did you buy/receive/win this month? Do you have any recommendations for me? Let me know in the comments! I’d love to hear from you.

  1. I really want to read Death Comes to Pemberley. I watched the miniseries two weeks ago and loved it.

I bought way too many books this month, most are still in transit, so I’m not opening thebookdepository for a while. (I think I bought 8-10 books, they were super cheap and on sale but still).
